Vintage Neon Signs
Las Vegas, Nevada
Nowhere does neon like Las Vegas. Neon signs have defined and helped shape this desert playground since its earliest days—from roadside motels to massive glitzy displays along the Strip. While the golden age of fabulous Vegas signs may have passed, neon still burns bright here. You just have to know where to look.
The ultimate neon showcase is The Neon Museum, where you can see restored and re-illuminated vintage signs up close. It’s quite a sight! Read about my museum visit here.
The Neon Museum also teamed with the city to install 15 historic signs on the median down Las Vegas Boulevard. Neon-lovers will want to visit the Fremont District as well, where you’ll find still more iconic signs.
Get a glimpse of Sin City’s neon glow below. All signs are at the museum except the showgirl, horse & cowboy, and VEGAS, which are on Fremont Street.
